A concert lecture in honor of the great Polish scientist Marie Curie. Madame Curie’s human and scientific journey, the great love affair with Pierre, and the extraordinary determination that led her to the chair of Physics at the Sorbonne University and then to being awarded two Nobel Prizes, the only woman to have received such a double honor.
Some pieces by French and Polish composers contemporary to the scientist, a great lover of music and dance, will also be performed on the piano by Lorenzo Porta del Lungo.
